I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, close to gardens and with fantastic staff who were eager to assist with everything. The service was outstanding, and I even enjoyed a guided tour of the hotel's historical significance. Unfortunately, there was an issue with disabled access, but the off-street parking was convenient. Overall, a great experience!

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had a charming touch with the historical building's tour on arrival. However, being on the top floor might be challenging for older guests. The location was superb, right next to the Bendigo Art Gallery and other key spots, offering a lovely Australian art experience. The service was impeccable, with staff members being extremely nice and helpful. The dining options were a bit limited, but the proximity to nearby cafes made up for it. Overall, a great value for the money with a few minor room accessibility considerations.
